When I talked to some editors (who were in town to speak last month) about the project they described it as one of the most challenging assignments to have been completed, with a very small number of usable photos to choose from. World Press Photo has their interviews up for their 2008 awards and we get to heard about Winter&#8217;s experience first hand. Especially compared to the pictures of coffeeshops and couches im posting lately, this should be a welcome change =).</p>
