I was hired by the University to make some photos during a bus tour for students working at the Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs here today.

I got to see a few new places including an interesting Conservation Sanctuary called The Wilds in Cumberland, Ohio. The Wilds hosts wild animals from different corners of the globe on thousands of acres of reclaimed strip mining land.

It’s good to see initiatives like this especially because the effects of the coal industry on the environment are so prevalent and obvious today.
