There’s a stifling feeling about having your own private space in an unfamiliar area. It’s all you know and there’s not really the time to get to know more when stays are less than 24 hours. The walls of the hotel, the guest room, wherever can be paralyzing. There’s a mess of a world outside and when your job is to explore it sometimes that’s the last thing you want to do.
