A father beckons to his daughter at the top of a hill. A really big hill. The biggest hill in my town actually…I didn’t even know you could drive to the top…you can see Chicago from there. Who knew?

This is just a more graphically based image I shot, that doesn’t illustrate the man’s story too much…unless you consider the fact that you can’t tell which of these four scuba divers is the paraplegic one…like this man would want it. There’s not much of a difference (or any he might say) in the water.

Shot nothing today, wrote too many essays for grad school applications. Good news is, they’re almost done…after spending all kinds of cash on application fees, transcripts and other mailing nonsensery. I guess I understand all the hoops to jump through though…gotta weed out the ones that aren’t that serious.
Now I just need to get in…good [...]

Outside looking in. I shot this while on the field at a college football game…not being a huge football fan I don’t consider it an advantage usually to be on the sidelines and running up and down the field…though this might change once I photograph the Bears’ game later on in the season.
