Two children giggled under their umbrella while sitting on a curb a block away from their subdivion. They were sitting on the curb away from their house because their area was blocked off by police and special forces. There was a supposed hostage situation in their subdivision, and I heard about 5 gunshots while I was driving to the area. This kind of thing makes me nervous as were the other residents milling about. I’m not sure how the situation ended up because I had to leave. I’m not sure I want to know.
