I often go out jogging at night, I love the tranquility of the night and the fact that I generally have the trails to myself. I sometimes, however, encounter some other people which in and of itself is no problem. It’s when they have dogs that scares me. Like when I run through a couple with three big dogs, and all I can see are the silhouettes of these animals on both sides of the sidewalks, owners standing nonchalantly to the side. I can’t see if there’s a leash, I can’t see if the dog is watching me…so I have no other option but to just keep on running right in between these three little buddies, unsure if they’re gonna wanna make friends with me or could care less about me. It’s a pretty intense moment, running right by them. Tonight the dogs were on no leashes, but they couldn’t have cared less about me. One time a few years ago, a dog thought I might taste good. I ran a lot faster that time.
Oh and here’s a girl taking a spill on a moonjump, shot at a breast cancer fundraising event.
