sometimes I like to photograph nothing. This is just a sunset in the suburbs…it was nice out, that’s it. This is pretty unlike some stuff I shoot and there’s nothing to it really, it’s just a photo for the sake of one.

My enjoyable nights continued, last night I got to see a friend one last time before she heads off to med school at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. We went to a nicer bar where I was able to get my Johnny Walker scotch on the rocks. Genius.

It’s really time to isolate myself for a little while now, I need to hit my GRE book a bit harder, so I’m staying at school for the weekend.

I still think I’m so lucky to know the people I do, they are doing some awesome things….peace corps in Honduras, Teach for America in NYC, working at a record company in Chicago, and those are only a few. Maybe it’s just a cool time because people are finishing college and going on with whatever great things lie ahead of them, but I’m still lucky to know them.
